The ice cell comes with air release technology that helps in preventing and / or treating shin splints, low or high ankle sprains, elbow tendonitis (tennis elbow), bruised hands or feet, wrist sprains, plantar fasciitis, calf strains, Achilles tendonitis / strain, and bruised biceps and forearms.
