Lyric Speaker Canvas will display lyrics of your favorite songs

Cotodama has partnered with Abbey Road Red to bring a second product to their line of speakers with active lyrics, the Lyric Speaker Canvas. By the end of the last year, they have released their first Lyric Speaker that had lyrics coming from all different direction, but the new version of the speaker is intended to fit the interior design a bit better, looking like a painting on the wall that actively displays lyrics of the song played.

The Lyric Speaker Canvas is made out of two boards that look like covers of vinyl records and are propped against each other and placed up against the wall anywhere you wish to place it. The idea behind this product it to fit the latest minimalist trends of interior design and not act only as a speaker, but get people to read and concentrate more on the lyrics of their favorite songs.

The front board acts as the screen on which lyrics are shown while the backboard is the HiFi audio speaker that plays your favorite music from streaming services you prefer. The Lyric Speaker Canvas has a light colored speaker with a contrasting black screen that shows white colored words in real time. The movement of the lyrics goes with the melody while the font depends on the mood of the song and tries to match it.

It is announced to come out sometime during September, but the exact date is not yet known, keeping us in the dark on more detailed specifications on the display and the speaker part as well. Even though the pricing is still unknown, the previous version was around $4000, so we can expect this one to be in the high-end price range as well.
