Fitbit plans to hit the headphones market with the new Parkside headphones

Fitbit, a company mainly focused on creating health and fitness tech products, has recently announced they’re working on a totally different type of product, with the codename Parkside headphones – the health tracking headphone should be coming soon.

In a photo leaked exclusively for Yahoo! finance, the headphones are supposed to be Bluetooth enabled, and will surely have a health related tracker built in, as it’s planned to launch the headphones along with the new smartwatch codenamed Higgs.

These headphones are surely not the first to provide health and fitness tracking features, as Bose SoundSport Pulse is already leading in this market, anyhow, we still don’t have much info about Fitbit’s new Parkside headphones.

The new Parkside headphones are going to cost around 150$, and they’ll be available in two colors, ‘Nightfall Blue’ and ‘Lunar Gray’, with a slightly metallic accent. the design is yet to be officially uncovered, but as you can notice in the leaked photo, the headphones have a simple metallic design, with in-ear molds.

All the data revealed by Fitbit leads to the conclusion that the new Parkside headphones will something really big in terms of health tracking headphones.
