Execute two orders now with Google Home update

Smart speakers with Personal Assistants such as Google Home, and Amazon Echo help us neither to disrupt our work nor increase the time we need to perform tasks, but help us reduce it so we can do more in less time, and that’s why it’s called personal assistance as it’s available to help us with this.

Google adds dual-command feature to Google Home devices

In this regard, Google has launched a new update for Google Home devices that enables users to give and execute two orders at once, instead of giving each order on their own and waiting for one execution after another, users can now say, for example:

"Hey, Google, turn on the TV, and what's the weather?"

The Google Home device will do both, running the TV and giving you weather information and news at the same time.

This was stated in the CNET report and confirmed by The Verge. Through the first experience of the new function, it was found to be a very unobstructed series and there is no particular style of orders or special commands to be given together. It is very flexible so you can do anything together Wherever they were without a predefined set of orders.

If you give the device three different commands, it will tell you that it cannot execute these three commands at once and will select one randomly to execute it.

This step follows Amazon‘s Amazon Echo at the beginning of last November when it launched a feature called Routines, a feature that enables you to execute a set of commands that you pre-configure through the Alexa Companion App that is started by saying a certain word Such as saying:

"Alexa, good morning,"

To execute a set of commands and morning tasks that you may have prepared in advance.

Google is expected to launch a feature similar to the Alexa Routines function in the near future, but so far the dual-command feature is more efficient and faster in many other cases.
