Harman Kardon plans on launching a Cortana powered home assistant!
Cortana is no longer a prisoner of your small windows powered device; this year in Computex 2017 Harman Kardon – a company focused on audio related hardware – uncovered their new home assistant; with the power of Microsoft’s Cortana!
For those of you who don’t know what or who Cortana is; it’s the personal voice assistant made by Microsoft to power Windows devices with an AI, a voice controlled AI that can do whatever you ask it to do.
Earlier this year, Apple also pointed out the fact that a Siri based home assistant is in the making, the interest of the two tech giants in the home assistant market means that other companies like Google and Amazon are up for a big challenging competition in the upcoming future.
As for the new Cortana powered speaker from Harman Kardon, codenamed Invoke, there isn’t any actual news to relay, as the technical specifications of this new speaker are yet to be uncovered, but judging by it coming from an audio-centered company like Harman Kardon, we can safely say the sound quality of this speaker will be better of anything in the market at the moment.
