Lenovo unveils a new Thinkpad X1 laptop

Only one week after updating many Thinkpad devices with the new 7’th Generation of Intel processors “Kaby Lake” and windows 10 system, Lenovo unveils a new edition of Thinkpad X1 line which will offer a great way of mobility, Productivity, and connectivity.

Thinkpad X1 is one of three devices produced by Lenovo, The Chinese Company will show this new Laptop during CES 2017 at Las Vegas. These computer equipped with a precise touchpad, The Device is Thinner than expected and this should offer us more battery life.

The device comes with Qualcomm modem, and Thunderbolt 3 ports and offers expanded docking capabilities. It also comes with a 14-inch IPS display,as for the weight it will be roughly 2.5 pounds. The company Confirmed that the battery can work nearly 15 hours and that it will be great for long distances.

This device runs on Snapdragon X7 LTE-A model which offer transfer speeds up to three times faster that can reach 300Mbps for downloads by virtue of an antenna placement redesign that paired with an option of a WiGig connectivity. It has Thunderbolt ports and HDMI port.

It is one of these devices which support for Windows Hello, this means the device will offer face-recognition using Infrared camera or the fingerprint sensor. Also it’s one of the first business laptop with bio-metric authentication for PayPal. It will be available with a price start at $1,349.

ThinkPad X1 added an OLED display option, and it comes with pen pro stylus and improved keyboard, and can still up to 15 hours.
