Samsung is making Bixby Smart Speakers Wireless for your home

It’s look like samsung is ready to integrate Bixby Smart Assistant on other devices, first revealed on Galaxy S8 Smart phone and now, Bixby is coming to Samsung Bixby Smart Speakers soon. Report published by The Wall Street Journal reveals some details.

Samsung is developing a home wireless speaker that comes with the Bixby Intelligent assistant to do all your voice commands remotely, it works like Google Home speakers and Amazon Echo, both of which come with an intelligent assistant manages all devices connected (iot)  at home, the speaker can read books and play some of your music without the need to touch your mobile device.

According to the report, the Bixby Smart speakers  is expected to be named “Vega Wireless” and will include some other features such as answering spoken questions and running some song from specific folders, but it is not yet certain that there is additional features or technical details available before the official announcement.

Samsung’s new handsets have been developed for more than a year but the project has been delayed more than once due the development stages of Bixby Smart Assistant, which is only available in the Galaxy S8 inside Korea and has not yet been made available to other countries in other languages.

Although there is not enough detail on the Vega Bixby smart speakers, Samsung’s interest confirms the spread of the idea of having an intelligent assistant inside your home on your speakers, can read your books, answer your questions remotely. We may see a big competition and more intense with Apple HomePod, Google Home and Amazon Echo.
