New Klipsch subwoofers can be hidden in ceilings and floors

While adding elements to your own personalized home theatre, subwoofers are a must have for powerful sound effects and amazing movie watching experience. Many of the newest models are able to be hidden away in the walls or ceilings so they do not affect the interior design of your room, same case being with the new Klipsch subwoofers that are hidden away with minimal visual openings.

The new Klipsch subwoofers are the PRO-1200SW and the PRO-800SW subwoofers, both a part of the Klipsch Professional Series. Both subwoofers have the MDF enclosure that provides the optimal bass response, as well as the long-throw Cerametallic woofer that is 20.3 cm for the PRO-800SW subwoofer and a bit bigger for the PRO-1200SW subwoofer with 25.4cm. Maximum output for the later is 112 dB at 70Hz and it has an impedance of 8 Ohms, while for the former the maximum output is 103 dB at 70Hz with an impedance of two times 8 Ohms.

The PRO-1200SW subwoofer is in a sealed box design that has a mounting depth of less than 9cm. It is intended for new construction and has a square magnetic grille which original color is white so you can paint over it to match your wall paint while the rest of the housing has black polymer veneer finish, just like the PRO-800SW subwoofer. On the other hand from the new Klipsch subwoofers, the PRO-800SW subwoofer has a more versatile placement in your room. It has both round and square paintable grilles. Its shape is a bit different than PRO-1200SW with a flexible tube through which the bass passes, and also a 90-degree connector with support legs. Unlike the PRO-1200SW, with this subwoofer, you have the option of a separate conversion kit for floor installation.
