New Plantronics headphones coming to Fit, Go and RIG series
Plantronics has concentrated on adding more products to its headphones collection and it has added new earbuds and headsets in three of their headphones ranges: BackBeat Fit, Go and RIG Pro. New Plantronics headphones are intended for both traveling and gaming, as well as exercising.
First from the new Plantronics headphones are an addition to the BackBeat Fit series, the Plantronics BackBeat Fit 3100. They are intended for running and exercising and being truly wireless makes them even more convenient to use. Furthermore, they are both sweatproof as well as waterproof and feature secure Always Aware ear tips that are both comfortable but also safe as they allow you to head the sound from your surrounding. The battery life is 5 hours of playback time, but you can get another 10 from the carrying case. The color options are gray and black, both with a bright blue logo on the earbuds and are sold for $149.99.
The other new Plantronics headphones that became a part of the BackBeat Fit series are the Fit 2100 which are just a bit behind of the already mentioned Fit 3100, with the most significant difference being the existence of the behind the neck strap on this model and a 7-hour battery life. They are priced at $99.99 and you get two additional color options, red and blue. If you want a pair with a longer neckband, then there are the new BackBeat Fit 350 which offer slightly bit worse off the battery with 6 hours of playback time. You can purchase them for $80.
The Go series also got some new Plantronics headphones, more specifically made for traveling. The BackBeat Go 410 have behind the neck design that is lightweight and will comfortably sit on your neck without bothering you even with the headrest or a pillow. As they are made to be for trips, they have a dual-mode active noise canceling that will let you enjoy your music even when it is not quiet around you. Even though the 8 to 12-hour battery life is not likely to leave you musicless, there is also the option of the in-flight cable in case you are not in a situation to charge them. With the option between black or white set, you can purchase them for $129.99.
As already mentioned, Plantronics has also concentrated on gaming headphones and has introduced three new headsets optimized specially for that purpose. The new Plantronics headphones for the RIG series are the RIG 300, RIG 400 and RIG 500, while the RIG 500 also has the Pro Esports Edition. Besides, of course, being compatible with PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, they also have sound-isolating cups that will prevent you from being disturbed by the surrounding noise. RIG 500 is the most advanced of the three, depending on your needs, and allow you to personalize the whole headset in order to achieve the best possible fit. They even come in a translucent and camo color option. The price of the Plantronics RIG 300 is $39.99 and of RIG 400 is $49.99 while the third pair, RIG 500, is sold for $59.99.
