Google Assistant is certainly supported by the new Voice Recognition technology that recognise users’ voices.

With the camera on both phones, the rear camera comes with 12.2 megapixels with Optical Image Stabilization – OIS, which improves the ability to take pictures on the move.

This year, the camera uses a sensor called the Dual-Pixel Sensor, which divides each pixel into two, which means that pixels are smaller than 1.4 micrometers instead of 1.55 micrometers as the last year, which will increase the quality and accuracy of photography significantly.

A special version similar to Live Photos on iPhone has been added under the name of Motion Photos, where you can record a video for three seconds and the phone will cut the unwanted parts in this clip to finally give you the final clip and automatically save it in the photo gallery.

This is not just about the camera and photos, but another feature of Google Pixel is that it can save and store photos of original quality and forever on Google Photos, even though it’s free for all users around the world, but the Pixel version can store Images in the original quality instead of compressing and reducing quality while giving the owner of Google Pixel phones the ability to store up to 23GB of photos and videos every year.

The camera has also been given the Augmented reality feature that allows the phone user to add 3D stickers and characters to photos and videos to appear in the camera as if they are real.

Google is currently collaborating with a number of companies and celebrities to give their faces, the first of them Stranger Things stars, and Star Wars stickers are expected soon.

The Google Pixel 2 phone will be available in white, black and blue, priced at $ 649 for 64 GB and $ 749 for 128 GB, while the Pixel 2 XL will be available in black and white only at $ 849 for 64 GB and $ 949 for 128 GB and will start to be available in stores on the 17th of October.
