The Denon AH-C820W, a new neckband wireless headphones

Wireless headphone come in many designs and shapes nowadays, we have the over-ear wireless headphones, the true wireless headphones, and the neckband wireless headphones that are becoming more and more popular. Denon is adding a new pair of neckband headphones to their collection of headphones which is the new Denon AH-C820W.

What’s special about these new headphones is that they are the first pair of neckband headphones to have dual drivers using Denon Double Air Compression technology. The new technology uses an 11.5mm driver positioned in front of a second driver increasing the control over the bass sound.

About connectivity, the new headphones use low-latency aptX Bluetooth to deliver a wireless connection between the headphones and the paired device whether it is your smartphone or any other device. In case you don’t want to use them wirelessly, then a USB-C cable is available for wired listening as well as charging the headphones. When the headphones are fully charged they offer you 10 hours of music playback.

Just like many other headphones, the Denon AH-C820W have a companion app that is available on smartphones. You can use the app to control audio optimization on the connected device, or as player interface for playlists and play queues, as well as access to TuneIn Radio.

The Denon AH-C820W will be available in December for £219.
