iRig Pre HD is a high-quality microphone preamp and digital interface, letting you connect any microphone to an iPhone, iPad, Android device or Mac/PC with superior sound quality and professional features. First, iRig Pre HD offers a studio-quality class A- microphone preamp with phantom power for use with condenser and ribbon mics. An adjustable input gain lets you dial in the ideal level for any use, and a multicolor LED indicates signal quality so you can see at a glance if things are too loud. Second, iRig Pre HD offers a 24-bit, 96 kHz audio interface to preserve your signal. The headphone output switches between pre- and post- device, so you can monitor the sound directly when using video and streaming apps, or listen back to the recorded sound after it's been processed by any apps.
