Apple Arcade: Apple’s game subscription service coming in fall

The long-awaited game subscription service by Apple was finally revealed at the company’s Show Time event besides the Apple TV+.  Instead of using the cloud streaming approach, Apple Arcade is dedicated for the games that can be installed from the App Store that offers over 300,000 games already.

Some of the available games from App store would be curated into Apple Arcade, service that will be available on all Apple products including iPhone, iPad, Mac and even Apple TV.  The games will be available exclusively through the subscription service allowing the users to try out games and play them across devices, even when offline. Apple promises no ads shown and in-app purchases within games.
