Hibi Releases Firmware 1.83G for R5 International Edition

Hiby’s R5 has quickly become one of the best-selling and highly-praised Android-based music player on the market. From it’s fantastic build quality, great sound, and tons of output power, it has proven to be an incredibly versatile and value-packed product. As is the case with almost any music ;layer out there, especially ones built around the Android platform, there is always the possibility of adding new features and ironing out certain software bugs via a software update. In the case of the R5, Hiby has gone ahead an released firmware update 1.83G which addresses some minor issues whilst also updating the music player app itself.

Firmware 1.83G Details

Hiby has stated that firmware 1.83G entails the following updates and fixes:

The built-in HiBy Music app is updated to 1.5.0 Professional Edition. New features include OneDrive support, play through albums and album artist sort order list!
