Naim is releasing the Naim Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation Speaker

After 3 years since the release of Naim Mu-so Qb compact wireless speaker. The high-quality audio company is releasing the second generation of this unique wireless speaker. The new Naim Mu-so Qb wireless speaker has the shape of a cube with 8.5 inches on each side. It also features all the controls in the form of a touch screen on top of the speaker. What’s unique about Naim’s new speaker is the wide range of connectivity options that you can’t find in any other wireless speaker. With the new Naim Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation speaker. The company is trying to compete with market leaders such as Sonos.

From the name, Naim Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation speaker features AirPlay 2, but it also features almost every other connectivity option. It has a built-in Chromecast, supports Spotify Connect, and Tidal, and if that’s not enough, you can play music from any other source on your device and stream it to the speaker through Bluetooth. The speaker will use WiFi connectivity for support all the streaming service that we mentioned, which makes it compatible in a multi-room setup.

Although the connectivity of the Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation speaker is a huge advantage, the touch screen is probably not its best feature for two reasons. First, it might wear off by time and usage, and the second is that consumers, in general, are trying to minimize the number of screens and control panels they have to use, perhaps it is better to have an app that allows you to control the speaker from your phone.

The Naim Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation speaker will be available from next month on the 2nd of September for $899.
