No Bounds XL speaker by House of Marley floats on water

What makes House of Marley speakers different than others in the market is their goal to, besides providing high-quality speakers, also keep up with the sustainability of the materials used in their devices. Similarly, their newest speaker No Bounds XL is made out of sustainable materials including cork, silicone and even recyclable aluminum. Also, it floats.

No Bounds XL is designed as an outdoor speaker so it has many features to go with the purpose. The back side of No Bounds XL speaker has a cork panel that when put in the water, allows the speaker to stay on the water surface. Of course, it has IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating and can thus withstand submerging in 1 meter of water for up to half an hour. There is also the carabiner hook so you can attach it to your bag or bike.

In terms of connectivity, all you need is Bluetooth and a smartphone or a tablet with good music. The speakers also come with an AUX port. If you want, you can create the stereo effect with the wireless dual speaker pairing feature. The battery life of the No Bounds XL comes at 16 hours of use. At the same time it can double as a power bank for your smartphone as it has a USB output.

You can pick up House of Marley’s No Bounds XL speaker on the company’s website for $149.99. The color options are light gray and black with the signature logo on front.
