Sony WF-XB700 earbuds feature Extra Bass technology

Sony has been known for its high-end noise-canceling earphones and headphones, but that is not always in everybody’s budget. Thus, Sony has announced a new pair of truly wireless earbuds that are way more affordable, but still offer some of the most attractive Sony features available in the high-end models too. Check out what the new Sony WF-XB700 earbuds have to offer. 

Sony WF-XB700 earbuds have two very clear selling points, besides the already mentioned affordable price. The first is the battery life, as these earbuds will be able to last even up to 9 hours from a single charge, but the charging case offers one additional full charge. The second feature that attracted a lot of attention is the “Extra Bass”. Sony’s signature technology offers users, as the name obviously points out, a bit more bass to these relatively regular earbuds. 

Among other features, there is also the standard Bluetooth connection with low audio latency, as well as the IPX4 water and sweat resistance rating allowing the users to wear them throughout the whole day. This also means they can be worn during any type of workout, and the ergonomic fit makes them securely fit in your ear without the fear of falling out. 

Sony WF-XB700 earbuds are going to be available at some point in April in two color options: black and blue. The price has already been set at a very affordable point: $129.99. This means that they have a very high chance of taking a bit of the cut from Jabra and Samsung who are well known for their product in this price range.
