Monitor Audio launches £1000 speakers, The Studios at Bristol Show
Monitor Audio has added a new title to its series of speakers one month after launching the Monitor Speaker series under the name ” The Studios “.

Monitor Audio announced the start of the Monitor Speaker series last January, with the release of the Monitor 50 at 160 pounds and the Monitor 100 at £200.
But now, a month after the release of the two versions, The Studios, a pair of massive speakers priced at £1000, are similar to the Gold 50 and Gold 1000 versions earlier released at £950 and £1,250 respectively.
The Studios has 10 cm dual drives, using the magnetic design and materials in the Platinum PL500 II flagship speakers, available at £15,000.
C-CAM, which uses magnesium or aluminum coated with ceramics, is used in the manufacture of the material of The Studios, in a molded polymer structure to improve the rigidity of the speaker.
For engines, it is installed on two cast aluminum bases and is equipped with Monitor Audio screws.

The front end of the headset has HiVe II ports, which the company says they help air flow, and mounted at the top and bottom of the body of the speaker to ensure the optimal distribution of pressure.
There is a version of the speaker with an uncluttered design with the speaker covered with a honeycomb cover. Those who want to choose this distinctive design can add £350 per pair. It is also made of steel and aluminum with four adjustable feet, available in black and white.
