TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE smartwatch is available now

Mobvoi has announced a new version of it TicWatch Pro smartwatch. The new device, named TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE is going to be just what the name says, the original watch with the addition of LTE network meaning that users will be able to use cellular calls and messages through the device, but… not yet?

The 4G/LTE model is already released for sale but the users won’t be able to use the added features yet due to certain internal issues which is why they would have to wait a couple of more weeks as the issue is expected to be resolved by the beginning of August. Starting then, users will be able to synchronize the TicWatch with the smartphone through the cloud, allowing them to get the app notification  from the phone directly on their wrist.

When it comes to other features, the new model of TicWatch is going to keep the original ones in their entirety. This means you can count on Layered Display technology that prolongs the battery life to up to 30 days from a single charge, Google Fit and Google Assistant, as well as different Modes that you can choose from depending on the situation. There are over 1000+ watch faces to pick from that can easily be swapped and that provide you a personalised window into your favourite apps.

TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE is going to be sold for $299 on the company’s website, but until the LTE network feature is activated at the beginning of August, the watch is going to be available for a discount at $279. The original TicWatch Pro model is available for $249.
