It is our goal to make the experience of our customers as pleasant as possible, and as much as we love you keeping the items, we also give you the option to return them:
- We do accept returns with no question asked for the items that are not used, not opened, not damaged and returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
- If you have opened the items and you are still not satisfied, and they are still in the original packing, we can offer you the option to return it within 30 days of the delivery date. After we receive and inspect the items we will pay you back 65% of the original paid price as purchase voucher.
- The returns are free of charges for the UAE deliveries. For the items delivered outside the UAE, the customer will bare the shipping charges.
- If the items are damaged due to the shipping process, or there are missing accessories please let us know and we will work on correcting the issue as soon as possible.
Our warehouses are located in UAE, and we ship to the Gulf, and most MENA region.
