Belkin SoundForm Elite speaker is finally available
Back in January 2020 we wrote about the new reveal that took place at CES 2020 conference, including a speaker that was a product of a partnership between Belkin and Devialet. The partnership resulted in a speaker that not only has expert audio quality, but also wireless charging dock which can be very convenient at house-held events. The new Belkin SoundForm Elite speaker is finally available, and here are the features you can look forward to.
The first and most noticeable thing about the new SoundForm Elite speaker is the Qi-compatible wireless charging docs that allows you to simply place your phone at the top of the speaker and charge it wirelessly. Of course, this feature only works with smartphones that are compatible with such a charging process. There are also a few controls on the top: basic volume and playback control, Bluetooth connection, as well as a mute mic button. This especially comes in handy as the speaker offers Google Assistant to help you out with your everyday tasks.
Besides the interesting design and charging feature, Belkin SoundForm Elite speaker has more features that deserve to be mentioned including SAM, that is Speaker Active Matching, which is one of the latest patent technologies by Devialet which overall improves the accuracy of produced audio and makes you forget how compact the device is.
The new Belkin speaker comes as a solid competitor to Sonos, Bose and other similar smart speaker brands. It is finally available, with the price at $299. You can choose between two color options: white housing with light-gray fabric and black housing with dark-gray fabric, based on what suits your home decor better.
