Two years before the official release of JLab Epic Sport earbuds, its predecessor, JLab Epic 2 Called the best sport headphones by The Verge. And this year JLab is trying to prove that it can do much better with the new JLab Epic Sport.

Good successor to the good predecessor, that’s the sentence that can describe the new wireless headphones by JLab in a nutshell. And as its predecessor, JLab Epic Sport is specially designed for athletes and for people who like to engage in activities that requires fast movement, such as running and workout.

JLab Epic Sport did not give up the same 8mm drivers used in the Epic 2, which already have the ability to deliver excellent sound with a great balance between clear audio and strong bass. The new wireless headphone also features a new controlling system that includes inline controls that can provide an easy to use experience especially during running or jogging.

For more comfort during use, JLab supported its new Epic Sport with a wide range of customizable earbuds, including six different main tips and other three fins tips, which make JLab Epic Sport suitable for everyone.

JLab new wireless headphone features three new improvements than its predecessor. First of them are the new customizable sound profiles, which include: Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost. We can expect what the two latter profiles can do, but the most remarkable of them all is the first one.

Signature sound profile works on amplifies both vocals and bass sound, giving the user almost perfect music experience. Most of those who had the chance to try JLab Epic Sport said that they never felt the need to switch from Signature sound profile again.

Giving up charging the headphone by the USB port is the second improvement of JLab Epic Sport. The new headphone uses a magnetic port for charging without the risk of letting water or sweat in the headphone that may happen with the ordinary USB port. The magnetic charging system of the headphone supports its improved waterproofing system, which now has IPX6, rather than IPX5 on the Epic 2, and that was the third improvement.

Thanks to its design, it is almost impossible for the JLab Epic Sport to fall out of your ears while running, jogging or even jumping. The headphone also features a great noise isolation system that could be perfect for those who do not want to hear anything from the outside while enjoying their music.

There is only couple of weakness point that needs to be improved with the coming editions of JLab sport headphones. First of them is using Bluetooth 4.2 instead of Bluetooth 5, which is faster, much stable and has wider range. Also the microphone and the EQ profiles could be much better than that.

To summarize things, JLab Epic Sport might not be the best ever wireless sport headphones, but for sports enthusiasts who care for their budget and still wants to use a good earphone, JLab Epic Sport is definitely their best choice.
