New Samsung Q-series soundbars offer premium features
Samsung has officially announced two more new soundbars to its 2020 Q-series line-up. The two premium models are HW-Q950T and HW-Q900T with a focus on Dolby Atmos among many other premium features and welcomed upgrades and smart features. We are excited to tell you all about the new Samsung Q-series soundbars.
There are a lot of common features between the new Samsung Q-series soundbars so we will cover those first. As expected, they both support Dolby Atmos for a more immersive experience, as well as DTS:X. And, similar to the LG GX soundbar we wrote about previously, they include eARC support for Dolby TrueHD. Other common features include SmartThings App, Alexa voice assistant compatibility, as well as Tap Sound that allows you to play music directly from your phone with a single tap. Both soundbars have very similar sleek black designs relying on eco-friendly textiles by the popular brand Kvadrat, and are designed to perfectly fit the Samsung’s 2020 QLED TVs.
The new Samsung Q-series soundbars are already available for pre-order with the HW-Q950T price set at around $1,750 and for HW-Q900T set at around $1,050. Unfortunately, we do not know the official release date yet, but according to rumors regarding the Australian market, it will be released around the 23rd of July 2020.
