You can now finally talk to Google Home in Spanish

Yesterday, Google has announced on their blog that from now on, you will be able to talk to your Google Home in Spanish. This is just one of the recent updates that Google is implementing into their Voice Assistant, others being new personal overview page and continued conversation, among others. Google wants to become more accessible for use by a larger group of people by becoming available in more languages than just English. That is why it has a goal for 2018 to get Google Assistant available in more than 30 languages on your smartphone, but is making steps to get more languages on Google Home as well, Spanish being an addition to the French, German, Japanese, Italian and several options for English.

To change the settings and get help from your Google Home in Spanish, you can just use the Google Home app on your smartphone, go to Settings Menu and in Preferences, select Español. From then on, you can enjoy your music, control your smart devices around the house as well as manage your day and plans, all in Spanish. And, with the new update of Continued Conversation, your Google Home will stay active for longer so that you can ask for more follow-up questions, making the conversation between you and your Google Assistant much more natural.
