FiiO FH5 Quad Driver Hybrid In-Ear Monitors
The FH5 is an IEM of the highest standards. To ensure maximum performance, its patented TRISHELL structural design features a 5-axis CNC machined aluminium-magnesium alloy rear shell, body and front covers that are fixed together with multiple screws, reducing excess resonance and distortion. Meanwhile, its low frequency sound tube is of FiiO’s patented S.TURBO acoustic structural design which is inspired by turbines to get a deep bass while filtering out the unnecessary mid and high frequencies.
Each of the low, mid and high frequencies have independent sound tubes designed to integrate with the 4 drivers. This allows for a smooth transition between the three main regions of sound frequencies, combining with the drivers’ potential to result in a phenomenal symphony of music. The FH5 combines knowles balanced armature and dynamic driver with the mid and high frequencies handled by three knowles drivers.
Coming with the FH5 is its detachable cable with an elbow plug to easily connect to devices and be easily changed with the MMCX connectors. The cable is highly flexible with its environmentally-friendly flexible outer sheath that covers the silver-plated copper wire that minimises distortion and signal transmission loss. Easy insertion into the ears are also achieved through the precisely created aluminium alloy shell while its crescent shape offers comfortable fit for the user. This provides isolation and enables listeners to focus on music despite a loud surrounding.
