Beats Studio Buds offer ANC and housing redesign

Beats has announced its second-ever truly wireless earbuds: Beats Studio Buds. Compared to the previous model, the Powerbeats Pro, the new wireless earbuds bring quite a drastically different design and a few very useful features. Here are some of the most important details about them. 

When it comes to design, Studio Buds are very compact earbuds which results in a more lightweight but comfortable device that can be worn even longer without distractions. With sleek and modern design on the outside comes the advanced insides with 8.2 mm drivers which result in overall lower audio distortion.

The most pushed-forward feature of the new earbuds is the ANC which allows you to eliminate any sound distractions from your surroundings and focus. Moreover, the buds can be used separately too, and have an IPX4 water resistance rating meaning you can practically wear them even in rain. 

The battery life on the new Beats Buds is up to 5 hours on a single charge with ANC on, or up to 24 if we also consider the charging case. The case comes in a matching color and has a USB-C port for charging. The buds are compatible with both Android and iOS devices. 

Beats Studio Buds are currently available for preorder, but will officially be available starting the 24th of June. There are three color options to choose from: Black, White, and Red, all available for $149.99.
