Compact Devialet Phantom Reactor speaker coming in November

Home sound systems are often big in size in order to bring louder and stronger audio to your home, but Devialet has found a way to create a more compact speaker while still maintaining powerful audio. Devialet Phantom Reactor is a smaller version of the companies Phantom speaker with features equally as good.

Devialet has concentrated on the performance of the Phantom Reactor speaker, leading the final result to be no distortion and background noise but rather precise and rich sound. It does not require an equalizer, but it features opposing woofers and a front full-range driver. Furthermore, there is going to be an in-app upgrade in the first half of 2019 that allows two Reactors to be connected in order to create home stereo with the even wired sound-stage.

From Bluetooth to Spotify Connect and Apple Airplay, Phantom Reactor provides different ways to play music. There is also Chromecast support coming next year. Talking about the design, the first thing to notice is that it is around a quarter size of the original Phantom speaker, small enough to be held in one hand even. It has touch control that allows track and volume control, as well as a Devialet app through which the speaker can be controlled from a greater distance.

Devialet Phantom Reactor is currently available for preorder until 14th of November when it hits the market. The two versions of the new speaker are Phantom Reactor 600 with 600 Watts and 95dB SPL and Phantom Reactor 900 with 900 Watts and 98dB SPL will be priced around $1,400 and $1,765 respectively. With the speaker, there are few accessories that will hit the market also in November including a $210 stand, and a $355 carrying case in blue and gray colors.
