Leo smart speaker – the new smart speaker by Constellation Audio
Adding the first product to their Dominion series, Constellation Audio presents their new high-end Leo smart speaker system. Besides having a very attractive design, you can use it to play music from many different media with very high-quality sound. With its features, Leo smart speaker definitely stands out from other speakers in the market that you can choose from by combining the sound quality with style and function.
Leo speaker, even though it is a compact device, holds more than it looks. Being a dual-channel system, each of the two sides has a woofer, 6.5 inch in case of Leo, 2.5 inch midrange and also a 0.75 inch tweeter.
It holds the total of 560 watts of amplification, divided to 140 watts for each of the woofers and 70 watts for each midrange and tweeter, delivering a pretty good volume level. Constellation Audio even took care of excessive bass vibration by specifically arranging the woofers to decrease the vibrations by around 90%.
You can play music from any source, from the classical Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi options to even Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay increasing the wide variety of input sources for this device. MC/MM phono stage input also makes Leo speaker compatible with any turntable or cartridge system. Moreover, Leo can be paired wirelessly with another Leo device in order to create stereo sound and higher playback volume.
Talking about the control, all you need is your smartphone to control Leo. To keep the simplistic design, on the device itself you only have the basic controls such as power, volume, play-pause-skip and also input selection. For any other option, and these as well of course, you can use your smartphone.
Leo speaker is still not available for purchase but Constellation Audio announced it to be released in the second half of 2018, when the price of the product will be known as well.
