Marantz launches SR8012 AV receiver with 2699$

The High Quality receiver manufacturer Marantz added more devices to its AV receivers’ line-up under the name of SR8012 with a number of features and characteristics that I will mention in the following lines.

The SR8012 receiver supports Dolby Atoms technology with 7.1.4 of the configurations, as well as supporting DTS: X audio file formats and Auro 3D surround sound formats.

The receiver has eleven channels with a power output of 205 watts per channel, which means it provides more power than its 9 channel with more horsepower.

The SR8012 also has eight HDMI ports and three outputs that support HDR, Hybrid Log Gamma, Dolby Vision and 4K resolution, beside the intention of supporting eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) in the future via firmware updates.

The diversity of amps extends based on the music that works. In addition, FLAC and ALAC files up to 24bit/192kHz and DSD5.6MHz can be played via Internet connection or via USB ports on the front end of the SR8012 receiver.

There is also support for Bluetooth and AirPlay technologies for multimedia playback on mobile phones with the ability to play music on iOS phones with AirPlay technology.

In addition, the receiver is integrated with multiroom wireless HEOS that enable you to play your favourite tunes from an unlimited number of sources such as Spotify, Tuneln, SoundCloud, Tidal and others, even via your local music library with your ability to play music around the house through Other receivers supporting the HEOS technology with easy control through the HEOS application.
