Samsung buds: could they be Samsung’s new wireless earbuds?

It has recently came to attention that Samsung might be adding a new product to their collection after they have trademarked name “Samsung Buds”. Until now, it is still know known where the company is going with the trademark, but some of the speculations lead us to believe that it will be possibly a new set of wireless earbuds, and maybe even a wireless charging case.

Even though Samsung already has true wireless earbuds in the Gear line of products, they have already been 3 generations in. Instead of another, they have released the Samsung Galaxy Watch, and from there, we don’t know what will happen. But there are a few reasons why adding the Samsung Buds would be a good step for the company. First being that adding a Samsung Buds wireless charging case might make a big difference to the market, especially as Apple has postponed their new AirPower charging mat. In case it is earbuds, they could be a good refreshment instead of another generation of Gear earbuds.

Many brands have released or announced their own wireless earbuds, from Huawei with their FreeBuds that offer 10 hours of battery life, to Google Pixel Buds that promise Google-powered translation device that you can take anywhere with you. There is also Apple and the new Apple AirPods coming soon, and the whole speculation about their features and maybe even an additional “middle” version. Nevertheless, we are excited to see what will happen, and should we be on the lookout for the new Samsung Buds.
