Samsung Life Unstoppable Event To Be Held Virtually

After its decision not to participate in IFA 2020 in Berlin, Samsung announced that it will be hosting a virtual event instead. The event will be held at the beginning of September. Samsung Life Unstoppable event will last for 45 minutes, where the company will release new products in mobile, TV, as well as other wearables and audio announcements.

“Life Unstoppable is a 45-minute virtual and dynamic journey of Samsung’s newest pioneering technology. Presenters and special guests will showcase how Samsung’s human-centered innovations have always enabled people to design connected, seamless experiences to live a Life Unstoppable.”

IFA is the biggest tech show, which is still taking place this year at the beginning of September but with reduced capacity and no public access due to Coronavirus. Samsung decided to withdraw from participation this year and instead to host a virtual event in order to reach a bigger audience.

The announcement for Samsung Life Unstoppable comes days after the confirmation of the Galaxy Unpacked event which will focus on new smartphones such as the Galaxy Note 20.

When is the Samsung Life Unstoppable Event?

The Samsung press conference will start at 9 am BST and 10 am CST on the 2nd of September 2020. Samsung says that the event will be “open to media, retail and industry partners.”

If you are interested in watching the 45-minute event, then you can head to Samsung Newsroom where it will be streamed live, we can also expect the YouTube Livestream.

What To Expect From Samsung Life Unstoppable?

Samsung says that the event will have new launches in mobile, TV, and home appliances. Although most of the new smartphones would have been released during the Unpacked event, we can still expect a new smartphone from Samsung or some new features that are coming to its smartphones. Last year, the tech giant announced the euro launch of the Galaxy Fold, perhaps we will see something similar this year.

We can confidently expect the launch of new Samsung TVs and other home appliances, last year it was announced that HDR10+ would be compatible with 8K, maybe we will see some new advancement in Samsung’s 8K TVs. A new Galaxy Watch is also expected from Samsung this year.

Stay tuned on September 2nd, where we will cover the Samsung event.
